WHO WE ARE

Performance Plus Kids is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization that offers complimentary Pediatric Physical Therapy to children who are financially limited and facing orthopedic or neurological conditions.

By increasing access to Pediatric Physical Therapy services, we aim to positively impact the lives of children with special needs and their families.

Children facing physical or developmental challenges may have limitations in movement and mobility. Our specialized Pediatric Physical Therapy is designed to help them overcome these obstacles and promote healthy growth and development. Unfortunately, financial constraints often prevent families from accessing these essential services, leading to recurring health issues, impairments, long-term disabilities, and additional expenses. By expanding access to Pediatric Physical Therapy, we can help reduce these long-term effects and ensure that all children receive the care they need to thrive.

Performance Plus Kids specializes in helping children with physical or developmental challenges thrive and achieve healthy growth. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are dedicated to addressing specific motor impairments, improving mobility, and nurturing independence in daily activities.

About The Program

Personalized Care

Our licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy are dedicated to providing personalized Pediatric Physical Therapy sessions. We focus on targeting specific motor impairments, enhancing mobility, and nurturing independence in everyday activities. Our therapists use a combination of proven techniques and customized therapeutic approaches that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Education and Tools

We supply parents and families with the tools they need to support their child's development at home! We'll cover everything from home exercise programs and adaptive equipment usage to advocacy skills. Let's work together to provide knowledge, resources, and strategies for supporting every child's growth and well-being.

Continually Improved Care

We assess the effectiveness of our program using both quantitative and qualitative measures. This includes standardized assessments, satisfaction surveys, and monitoring functional outcomes. By gathering data on key performance indicators—such as motor skills development, functional mobility, and caregiver confidence—we can evaluate the impact of our services and identify areas for improvement to ensure the best quality care.
