Dr. Allyn Smith has always been an advocate and a living example of how to live a healthy lifestyle. In particular he has a heart for children and fighting obesity. His mission is to help our community reach their healthy lifestyle goals. To help our community he has put together a series of presentations that he offers free of charge to local businesses, government entities, schools, chartities, non-profit organizations, trade associations and churches. The topics range from health and wellness issues to how the brain and our thought patterns affect the body.
